When you buy

Stripe runs our checkout. It collects your card details, name, email and billing address. We get your name, email, billing address and what you bought, and we use them to deliver your files, answer your questions, and calculate and report sales tax. We never see your card number.

For a Custom Farm Name order, we also get the name and year you type in.

What we keep

We keep an order record with your email, the file you bought, the date and how many times you’ve downloaded it. Stripe keeps the payment record. We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping.

Who handles it

• Stripe: payments and sales tax
• Resend: sends the order emails
• Cloudflare: hosts this site and stores order records
• Google (Gmail): our shop inbox, where order details and your emails to us arrive

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else, and we don’t use it for ads. We only email you about your order.

No tracking

This site has no analytics, ads or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.

The quote form on our home page opens your own email app. We only get what you send us.
